Further optional contractual partners: HOTELSERV’s Competence Network
In addition, there may be contractual relationships with banks or leasing companies if HOTELSERV projects are to be financed. For this purpose, HSD works with financing partners that are specifically focused on HOTELSERV projects, which HSD will arrange if requested.
The same will apply for the creation of any technical prerequisites or other similar basic parameters for the use of HOTELSERV that are not in place or that are not in place to a sufficient level. HSD can arrange an appropriate contractual partner from the HSD competency network, the latter, however, will not act as a general contractor. For example, this relates to topics such as cabling, the telephone system, or the property management system (PMS), in this way, all related topics surrounding HOTELSERV are covered.
HOTELSERV can also provide consultants with a special focus on the hotel business, with regard to topics, such as a refocusing of the design or sharpening of profile, the acquisition of new target groups, or altered marketing of the hotel – topics that may be induced by the use of HOTELSERV.
