From the first request to the full service package for securing ongoing operation

Our website provides you with extensive information for the first impression. Our Download Center also offers you a lot of information, which can be downloaded. 3. HOTELSERV Live

In keeping with the motto "a picture is worth more than 1,000 words!", we are pleased to invite you to our HOTELSERV showroom in Berlin. There you will have the opportunity to experience the world of HOTELSERV directly.

 

In an individual presentation, we will present to you the complete range of features of HOTELSERV and will give you the opportunity to test HOTELSERV for yourself. You will be able to experience HOTELSERV from every perspective: You will find out all the details of the facilities that the guest experiences right in the hotel room, everything about the operation possibilities for the hotel staff and everything about the technical components of HOTELSERV. During the process, there is plenty of time for detailed meetings and more in-depth questions and proposals.

 

If it is not possible for you to visit us in the showroom in the short term, we will also be pleased to come to you and use a demo to present to you the versatility of HOTELSERV. If requested, we can also organise a joint visit to a reference hotel with an active HOTELSERV installation.

4. Clarification of the Technical Conditions and Your Individual HOTELSERV Offering

Have you become acquainted with HOTELSERV and now want to know how you could integrate HOTELSERV into your hotel?


You will first of all receive an HOTELSERV checklist, which will include all necessary data and facts for the creation of an individual offer. We will be pleased to provide you with support in filling out the checklist in order to deal with any areas that are unclear or topics such as the type of cabling or the selection of the television networks jointly, as well as to clarify questions relating to the individual adaptation of HOTELSERV, such as the guest information system, the layout, connection to a PSM etc.
 
You can also make use of our HOTELSERV advance check, during which HOTELSERV checks all parameters itself at your location.
 
You will then receive an individual offer from us, which can be ordered immediately or that you can use for focusing of the investment volume in case of known changes to various basic parameters.

 

During this process, HOTELSERV works with a transparent pricing system in which all prices are always listed by room. The offer includes all services such as hardware and software, initial services, training, any individual adjustments or modules, the entire project management, as well as a service package for ongoing operational support.

 

An annex to the offer describes all items of the service and the agreed service level in detail. This will also apply to individually agreed modules or options.

5. Offer Components (Excerpt)

HOTELSERV Service Package
Irrespective of whether HOTELSERV First or HOTELSERV Premium is being implemented, whether standard modules or individual adjustments will be in effect: HOTELSERV is always delivered including a service package for ongoing operational support, which is specially fine-tuned to your hotel processes and is a component of the offer.
 
This package extends in principle to all service components of HOTELSERV and will apply for an agreed duration. If you wish to lease HOTELSERV, the service level is generally in line with the duration of financing (e. AS 36 or 60 months).
 
The integrated HOTELSERV service package includes among other things: the maintenance of the Apple network and all HOTELSERV hardware and software components, the DirectStreams software license, an update service for constantly updated versions of programs and of course a technical hotline.
 
Project Management
Another component of the offer is all consulting and project management services.

 

Starting with the shared brainstorming and defining of requirements, through consultation on the individual design of HOTELSERV, to the creation of a comprehensive project plan (including milestones and timeline planning) and the complete technical performance of these, including training and the subsequent test phase – all partial projects will be arranged with you in a transparent manner.
 
Rates
An overview of the monthly leasing rates is also always included in HOTELSERV offers to provide better orientation. This overview is calculated automatically on the basis of the leasing calculator for German financing companies, which is updated on a daily basis.

 

In the next stage, we would be pleased to provide you with an individually adapted HOTELSERV financing proposal (see item Financing).

6. Support in Financing

HOTELSERV offers an overall financing solution throughout the entire project volume. The HOTELSERV financing opportunities – from a traditional lease agreement through to modern operating lease models – are always individually tailored to the needs of the hotel. For example, this can include instalments that are adjusted on a seasonal basis or agreements with a technology refresh option, which guarantees that HOTELSERV hardware in the hotel room will always be up-to-date.

7. Project Performance and Handover

The final offer is commissioned, the project plan is approved, and the financing is in place – the next stage is performance.

 

In accordance with milestone and timeline planning, a team of several HOTELSERV technicians implements the project on site. The procurement of all hardware and software, the realisation of individual adjustments, the basic technical installation of all components, their initial and individual set-up, comprehensive testing, and all instructional and operating training are significant partial phases of performance.

 

HOTELSERV is handed over to you fully functional after a test operation phase in individual partial acceptance procedures and a concluding general acceptance.

 

Of course, we will be available to you throughout this entire project phase to provide absolutely any kind of help that you may need. At this stage, the last small adjustments can also be made.

 

When a final acceptance report is handed over, the individually agreed service package will then come into effect.
