Security and Privacy

Your guests will never have to worry about the data they have saved being misused. It is a standard that HOTELSERV is automatically reset upon checkout, with all data being irretrievably deleted. The guests themselves, however, will also be able to use the remote control to reset HOTELSERV to its original status.

Set-up and Operation

HOTELSERV provides intuitive and simple operation of the entire solution. Your guests with not receive a remote control with 30+ keys, you need just 12 keys to operate HOTELSERV. Our small, very handy remote control saves you from searching endlessly for the right button and managing the menu works they way that it should, in the same way as it would manually.
In addition, you will be able to keep the appropriate keyboard available for your guests for use of the computer mode.
